It was clean, exactly as described, and spacious. Several maintenance issues , leaking faucets, broken drains etc. the worst was the smell. The rubber underneath the throw rugs is deteriorating so the living room smelled terrible. House hasn’t been cleaned in years. The water dispenser on the fridge was full, I mean full of mold. Disgusting. The rugs haven’t been cleaned in years and we’re matted, grime on light switches, cabinet knobs, faucet handles, doors, baseboards. Eh. Bed linens were not as pictured in the listing, no extra sheets, tile floors haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Truly disappointed. After 15 years renting on sanibel, this was the first issue we’ve ever had. Will not rent here again. ##### Ann c.
