From this elevated vantage point, you’ll enjoy some of the island’s most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, with the soothing sound of the ocean just outside your window. One of the most unique features of this penthouse is the private rooftop sundeck—a rare find on Sanibel Island. Perfect for sunbathing, stargazing, or simply taking in the expansive Gulf views, this rooftop space adds an extra layer of luxury and privacy to your stay. Inside, the condo offers a spacious and open layout filled with natural light. The living room is both comfortable and inviting, opening onto a screened lanai where you can relax in the shade while watching the waves roll in. The fully appointed kitchen includes a breakfast bar, and the adjacent dining room provides space for shared meals or quiet mornings with coffee. The primary bedroom features a king bed and direct access to the lanai, while the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. The rental manager was kind enough to FaceTime me from the location when we were worried about the construction noise which I thought was extremely kind. The noise was not noticeable on the beach or at our building, so we were very grateful for that. The only problem we had were the no-seeums (which they can’t control at all). FYI, get the Thermacell multi insect contraption - along with the BodyGuard bug defense at Jerry’s and you’ll be much happier. ##### Amie M.
