Our condo features over 1000 sq ft of living space with a private screened lanai, full kitchen, spacious living area, and even a washer/dryer in the condo. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom nearby. For additional guests, we offer a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Breakers West is just one building with its heated pool and sits behind the Waterside Inn on the Beach, which allows for easy beach access just walking through the property to the sand. Once on the beach, you can see our world-famous sunsets and collect a seemingly endless amount of shells. We include beach towels as well as a starter supply of guest amenities for each stay. Our second-floor condo has an elevator service or stairs and has just one parking spot. \*Important Note: This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. The things that could be improved: We would have loved to have been warned about the "no-see-ums" insects. It would have been nice to have a spray bottle so we could spray alcohol and water or some repellent on the porch screens, and maybe also the rug on the porch. Those little bugs are really a problem. I would recommend that guests take a bug spray containing DEET.It would have been nice to have a hall accessible bathroom for the guests staying on the pull-out couch in the living room, but I guess that's not possible!All in all we really enjoyed our stay, and we would do it again. ##### Elena K. We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean, comfortable, everything was as it appeared in the listing. The path to the beach is very convenient.
