From the balcony attached to the living room, you have a great view of the ocean and you can faintly hear the waves. The property is undergoing a lot of construction but there really wasn't a problem with noise. Be aware that the balcony attached to the bedroom has not yet been repaired and is inaccessible. There is also a little reduced lighting in the living/dining area that looks like it still needs to be replaced. But this also didn't really impact us since the natural lighting was so good. Overall, it was cozy and exactly what we were hoping for. We hope to stay again in the future. ##### Katherine S. This rental was exactly as described in its listing. It’s location, condition, and accommodations were great. We’ve been coming to Sanibel for over 30 years, first when I was a kid with my family and grandparents and now we take our children her to visit my parents who rent a condo for two months. We’ve experienced a lot of different properties over the years. We enjoyed the extensive list of amenities and wonderful location the Moorings had to offer.
