Walk into the bright and spacious two-bedroom two-bathroom condo and immediately notice the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open kitchen with solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Luxury vinyl plank floor flows throughout this entire condo. Sliding glass doors open to the waterfront lanai, where you can enjoy the views, breeze, and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious guest room is perfect for family or friends. All new guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The large primary has stunning views of the Gulf and an attached all-new bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combination. Pelicans Roost is a small complex with only 21 units right on the beach. On three sides, it’s surrounded by palms and tropical vegetation, opening to the sparkling white sand beach and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, the bike path, and tiki bars. Large, heated pool, elevator, and 2 large community gas grills. This is the perfect spot for a Sanibel Island vacation.
