Welcome to your private retreat above the garage — a brand-new, open-concept guest suite crafted with beautiful tongue-and-groove pine. Designed for one or two guests, this cozy studio features a comfortable queen-size bed, a futon for lounging or additional sleeping space, and a well-appointed bathroom with a stand-up shower, toilet, and sink.  
  
Accessed by stairs, this peaceful hideaway is ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a quiet escape. Located in the charming town of Sangerville, it’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay relaxing and memorable. Lots of parking. Big yard. You have direct ITS Trail access once you leave the property. I do not allow any driving of ATV’s on the grass.
