The large living room with cathedral ceilings upstairs and the second large family room downstairs were both great for our group activities, all the rooms were comfortable, four well located bathrooms, and the large kitchen and dining room area fit us all. We were looking for a house with a private pool, hot tub, and pond access. But the house needed to accommodate 20 of us and a few dogs!!!! This house was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably and a great pool area that was fenced in! The kitchen was great and there was enough room for everyone to hangout together. There were also some fun local places to visit if you wanted to spend some time away from the house. Golf courses close by, a movie theater, bowling alley, arcade less than 1/2 mile from the house and a grocery store and some restaurants less than a mile away! The host was available throughout our stay and the communication was great! We would highly recommend this house to all!!! ##### Joshua D. The backyard is entirely private, but the home is minutes away from town. The hot tub was the main event for us, and it worked perfectly. One of our friends is in a wheelchair, and she said it was the most accessible place she has stayed with us (the first floor is almost entirely flat, wide doorframes, accessible bathroom, two steps into the house that she used a ramp for).
