The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located. Besides being extremely convenient to the sports park, the home was exactly what we needed to make sure that our families (four adults and three teens) were comfortable and able to prepare for and unwind after each of our games. It was nice to be able to spread out and enjoy the space. The front bedroom was a little warm comparatively to the rest of the home. The teens loved challenging each other to the video games in that room though. We also enjoyed using the poker chips for some family fun betting but glad we had a deck of cards in the car as there weren’t any on site. The owner communicated well and timely. Property is poorly maintained in a marginal to poor neighborhood. Mattresses were either worn out or broken. Chairs on back patio were wrapped and held together with duct tape! Yards were not maintained and covered with oak leaves and pollen. Only one trash bag provided. Kitchen was poorly stocked with utinsels, etc. Dishwasher was not mounted and fell out of cabinets when opened. We didn't expect the Ritz but this house fell very short of expectations due to poor quality of furnishings and repair/maintenance. ##### Jon A.
