Please plan accordingly. \-At the end of your stay we have a list of check-out instructions for you to follow before departure. These are not to be unplugged for any reason. \-There is absolutely no street parking. Unload and loading is limited to 15 minutes max. \-Vaping and smoking is NOT allowed on the property. There were plenty of clean towels, and the beds and bedding were comfortable. There are plenty of bedrooms for a large group.The cons: The HVAC struggles to maintain a temperature. The hot tub was 53 degrees upon arrival and took 2 days to heat up to 100\. The sliding door to the hot tub area is very difficult to maneuver. The stairways are not gated, so this isn't a great house for little ones. Supplies in the house were sparse (no storage containers/storage bags, no salt/pepper, etc).
