Enjoy classic Cape Cod summer living at 6 Tupper Ave, a charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath vacation home just 1/3 mile from Town Neck Beach. Set in a prime location near the Sandwich Marina, Cape Cod Canal bike path, waterfront dining, and shops, this home offers comfort, convenience, and a true beach-town feel.  
  
The first floor features a cozy living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a bedroom that opens directly to the backyard. A full bathroom is also located on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. There are two window A/C units, one in an upstairs bedroom and one on the main floor, to keep the home cool and comfortable all summer long.  
  
Step outside to enjoy a fenced-in private yard with an enclosed outdoor shower and a patio with dining space, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Dogs considered with prior owner approval.
