The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, open living room and dining area. to There are two cozy private bedrooms designed for restful nights. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and a bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower. The second private bedroom has a trundle bed with a queen bed on top and a full size bed on the bottom. There is a full size bathroom in the hallway with a shower. There is a queen sofa couch bed in the living room. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund. \*\*A drip coffee maker is available in the condo with both regular and decaf coffee. \*\*There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device. \*\* The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures and weather permitting. \*\*Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise. \*\*There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card. \*\*No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony. \*\* Local guests must contact host before booking. \*\* The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles.
