We loved watching the drawbridge, trains, boats and fisherman from the house. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the space was great. We stayed during the massive heatwave, and unfortunately the AC wasn’t fully functional upstairs, so we had to adjust sleeping arrangements, but the host responded right away and made arrangements to get it fixed. Overall, I recommend this nostalgic little waterside cottage as a great alternative to hotels—especially if you bring pets and kids along. ##### Shayla B. My husband and his brother enjoyed fishing with the brother’s grandsons as it was their first time fishing. It was a great experience for them. My husband and I were very pleased with this property. The house is spacious and homey! Plenty of room to accommodate multiple guests, complete with all the amenities needed, and close to multiple restaurants, stores, and attractions. My husband and I especially loved the waterfront view and the walk out dock! We were able to do some light fishing right on the property! There were some fishing poles, tackle, and kayaks available for use as well. The yard was perfect size for our two dogs to play. The host was very nice and responded promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to return during warmer weather. ##### Erin W.
