We are so sorry that you had issues with your AC unit. I hope that you brought the issue to our staff's attention so that we could provide a solution to the problem.
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and, the complimentary breakfast was good. The carpeting and chairs were horribly stained in the room and breakfast area, there was a broken air unit outside our room, the doors and key card unit was stained and dirty. In need of major updating and repairs.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for me. They were so friendly and were helpful and attentive. There was a board in the lobby with local businesses and eateries as well. The room was well organized, extremely clean and comfortable. I would visit here again if I needed a hotel in the area!

Clean room; friendly staff; average breakfast. Your typical mid level hotel. Unfortunately, my deadbolt didn’t work and the radiator was extremely loud.

We apologize for the issues with your deadbolt and HVAC unit. We will have someone look at those to avoid this issue in the future.
Card was charged 4 times still waiting for a refund, door would not close properly to lock, bathroom light broke, tv kept saying no signal, couldn't close blinds, heat did not work properly, room smelled funny, and ice machine on the floor didn't work. Overall bad experience.

The hotel is across the street from a factory so it smells awful outside. The hotel carpets and hallways were dirty and not maintained. Lots of chipped walls and paint. The pictures make this hotel look so much better. In the end, it was a cheaper hotel and you get what you pay for. This place was totally fine for staying 1 night and the check in clerk was friendly. The place just needs some TLC.

Unfortunately there was a huge accident. A truck crossed over two streets and hit the building and exploded. The firefighters responded quickly and the staff was as efficient as possible. It happened at 11 pm. They were letting people in a few at a time. By the time we were let into our room to gather our things, there were no more rooms available at other hotels. We had to drive back home at 1 am. My Daughter and son and my daughters son, also had to drive home. It was very stressful and our poor dog was very disoriented. We all are well today. What a Fourth!

I liked the location of the hotel. It's about half way between the Summit race track and Sandusky where there are NUMEROUS stores and restaurants. There are convenience stores close by to get gas and a quick snack. Our room was clean and had the usual ammentities - coffee pot (keurig), microwave, fridge, hair dryer, ironing board, etc. Pool is nice. Never heard noise from other rooms or from outside. Check-in took about 2 minutes. Overall a good experience. We will be booking a room in this hotel again next year!

I stayed there for a total of five nights. Housekeeping never came to my room during the stay. There was also no hot water for one night of the trip. This place may have the Radisson name on the building but it is most definitely not Radisson quality.

Our current policy is to do housekeeping service only upon request. I am sorry that this was not communicated to you at check in and I have spoken with the front desk agents to help alleviate future misunderstandings. Unfortunately, we did have severe storms with tornadic activity during your stay. The brief power outage caused by these storms required the hot water tanks to be reset. The hot water was unavailable for approximately 2 hours during the storms. I am truly sorry that this caused an inconvenience for you. If you have any additional comments or concerns, please contact us at any time.
The parking was great but the breakfast could have had other options to eat

Customer service was awesome, room clean, let me bring a large dog at no additional charge. I liked everything, but wish it wasn't so expensive.

We attempted to reach out to you at 1:11 pm through Expedia regarding the invalid credit card on your reservation so that we could guarantee your room past 6 pm. After not hearing anything back, we canceled the room at 9:29 pm. We were happy to assist you in finding another room in the hotel next door at a discounted rate.
