Told their were Limited rooms when clearly available rooms to public shown online and by site. Out dated lobby. Found water bugs on bathroom floor behind toilet that should had been cleaned before renting the room

My family & I had a great experience here however, one thing I would change is the warmth of the pool as it was cold when my family & I utilized the pool. Other than that, the staff was so friendly & had a great experience!

The pool was very small and cold. They called it a therapy pool but that was a stretch. The gym floor was filthy and only some of the equipment worked. The breakfast was ok, but limited variety and nothing looked very fresh.

The hotel was nice! Whirlpool had too much chlorine and bleached our suits. The cappuccino machine in the lobby was a delightful bonus.

Linens and towels were worn. Towels were not folded the same. Looked unprofessional. Room was clean, elevator had trash on floor and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while.

It was just right for a one night stay. It was interesting to have the pool/ therapy pool in the basement. Plus the gym was in the basement. It was strange at first but the pool was worth it.

The only negative things I have to say are the beds were like bricks and the chlorine from the pool was so strong!!I other than that, it was nice and clean.

This hotel was very clean and in a nice location, close to many good restaurants. My only complaint was that there an adjoining room and the men in the next room were loud and using vulgar language past 1am, so it was difficult to sleep.

Second time staying in the suite with my whole family. Convenient to Kalahari and close to all the other attractions. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable and clean and that’s the best!

Great place to stay after a long day at cedar point! Let us stay an hr later and the breakfast in the morning was gd! The coffee machine in the front lobby rocks too! I would be stay here again!
