In the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Room excitement is always just a moment away for the kids. This dynamic space will captivate young hearts as they have their own dedicated play area in the condo. This room has an Arcade1Up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Arcade Game and a Nintendo Switch. Everyday is an adventure in this turtle room and kids can feel like they are a part of the turtle team. Step into the master bedroom and instantly be transported back to the electrifying atmosphere of the 1980's This room is a neon wonderland with an accent wall bathed in vibrant hues. The master bedroom suite is on the main floor with a king bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with 2 sinks. The second bathroom is on the main floor in the hallway with a shower. The kitchen is on the main floor and is fully equipped for any home chef. In the loft there are 3 queen beds and two twin beds. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Room has 2 twin beds. There are 4 TV's with streaming device located throughout the condo in the living room, master bedroom, loft area, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle room. \*\* The second bedroom is in the loft area and it is an open shared space. It is not a private bedroom. Nestled in the hear of downtown Sandusky, you will enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants, bars, entertainment, parks, ferry's to go to Put N Bay, Kelley's Island and Cedar Point. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device. \*\* The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures and weather permitting.. \*\*Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise. \*\*There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card. \*\*No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony. \*\* Local guests must contact host before booking. \*\* The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. This 80’s themed condo was so fun and made our trip exciting! Plenty of space and they have everything we would need down to every last detail. The kitchen is fully supplied, along with each bathroom. The entertainment options were top notch and kept five kids occupied the entire stay. We were also able to easily and quickly walk downtown and enjoy NYE festivities! We are looking forward to staying here again! ##### Allison C. My family of 12 total came here for my 40th birthday (6/20/85). I’m an 80s baby so this was definitely a vibe. The host Jaime is beyond amazing and very punctual! The place was spotless with more than enough linens and toiletries. My god daughter turns 21 in March and she will be reserving this for her birthday too(she’s an old soul and loved the setup and vibe). 1000/10 hands down ##### Robert D. It’s clean, is nicely stocked with towels and paper towel and toilet paper. Plus they leave mini soaps similar to a hotel. The kitchen has coffee and creamer which was a bonus for me. The beds are comfortable. The 80’s theme was great! My adult boys 20 and 23 said they felt like kids again! Every detail was well thought out! The check in video was super helpful. The kiddo were so excited for the "secret room" Ninja Turtle style! Everything was "wicked" not one problem or complaint, very clean and relaxing. We even used the pool and hot tub! Everything was very clean. Loved that the house was themed and had arcade games. Beautiful views. The owners were so nice. Offering to help with anything we needed, left us a cute little snack/water tray and had fun bachelorette glasses set out upon arrival. They also were very accommodating with our trip and the changes we needed to make. The location was prime, with jet access and tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Overall 10/10! Every single detail was so thought out and you could tell that the owner put their heart into giving you an experience, not just a place to stay. Fully stocked with any and everything you could need. You truly get what you paid for. Our kids want to live there! Trying to find something even remotely close to this level of cool for our next tournament is going to be a job for us moms. Every time you thought you saw everything you'd open a drawer and find another cute little added surprise. We 100% will be coming back if Sandusky hosts another big tournament. The community was nice as well, very welcoming. Walking distance to fun places and amazing food. Tony's 10/10 oh taco 10/10 and wake up and waffle 10/10 if you need ideas on food. The pool was perfect and never felt crowded. The views were gorgeous and the sunsets from the pool were stunning. The gate guards were very kind as well.
