Overall, the place is great. Pictures are accurate, it's a comfortable place to stay, beautiful view of the river, close in to downtown, etc. The only negatives were the check-in process, and getting a door code that would consistently work. Trying to take photos of my drivers license in the dark with my cell phone, to prove my identity was challenging (especially with the new driver's license design with all the holograms!) Multiple attempts before it would accept the image. We asked for an extended check out but was told we cannot get one as we were supposed to request it by 4 pm the day before we check out. Unfortunately, we were not aware of that and were denied. The boat slip that was included in the rental was so convenient. We rented a boat for two days and kept it at the property. You are only a short walk away from the marina, grocery shopping, pharmacy, and great restaurants and bars that Sandpoint offers. The furniture in the condo is in desperate need of replacement, including the sofa, chairs, and beds. We visited on one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and there is no air conditioning at the condo. There were box fans and ceiling fans in each room but did not help much in cooling. It was 85 degrees inside, even at night. There are no blinds or curtains on the sliding glass door, which allows the sun directly in most of the day. The furniture does need to be updated in the living room, needs some patio furniture and tricky with everyone who stays downstairs walks up and down the stairs and can see in the condo.
