This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers mountain views and all the essentials for a fun-filled getaway. Perfect year-round, you’ll enjoy easy access to lifts, hiking and biking trails, and the village just 1/4 mile away. After a day of adventure, relax in the comfortable living room, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwind in the spacious bedroom with a king bed. Whether skiing in winter or hiking in summer, this condo is your perfect four-season escape. –Where You’ll Sleep– • Master Bedroom: King Bed • Living Room: Convertible Couch (sleeps 2) –Amenities You’ll Love– • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher • Flat screen TVs in bedroom & living room • Sectional couch with convertible sleeping option • Dining table for four • Free WiFi • Parking for one vehicle • Private bathroom with tub/shower • Fireplace (functional in winter months only) –Location– • 1/4 mile to Schweitzer Mountain Resort village, lifts & trails • Next door to the Saint Bernard restaurant • 12 miles to downtown Sandpoint shops & restaurants –Good to Know– • AWD/4WD recommended during ski season • We are pet friendly! 1 dog max, 15 lbs or under. Pet fee is $40/day (max $250 per stay) • STR Permit #: VRP2021-0026 • Condo is on second floor accessed by stairs (no elevator). Stairs and parking lot can be icy. Please be careful. • Parking is included for one vehicle. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. The weekend was busy with a Trail Running Fest. The 2 weekdays were really quiet at the resort. Like Switzerland without all the people. The condo is a 1/2 mile walk to Schweitzer Village. The furniture and linens were very comfortable. The only thing missing from the kitchen is a tea kettle. I recommend doing grocery shopping in Sandpoint before heading up to Schweitzer. I had to buy my own PAM to cook breakfast. There was no small skillet . . . in fact all the pots and pans were pretty weary and well-worn. A small fan would have been nice as it was 94 degrees outside and about 99 degrees inside with no cross breeze without leaving the front door wide open. It was HOT. ##### John/Susanna A. This condo had no working heaters in either the main room or the bedroom. The oven didn’t work either. When I arrived, the bathroom still had cleaning rags on the counter- and there was a soap in the sink that had hair from the previous renter!!! The VRBO manager did call maintenance but they were unable to fix the heaters. I had to ask for space heaters!! Deplorable! Tons of cooking ware and utensils and even spices which was great as most only come with salt and pepper at most. The location was absolutely breathtaking.
