The hotel was in a safe, but noisy, area in Sandpoint, ID. The woman at the front desk was extemely patient, kind, and always friendly. We had to get our electronic keys replaced or reprogrammed several times, but she was always very nice about it. The free breakfast in the AM was good. Free coffee all day was a bonus. Would stay here again.

The only real downside was there was a spot on my floor that was creaky. Otherwise id have given the property 5 stars too. The staff was so nice and outgoing.

The ladies at the front desk were exceptional. For me never having been to this area they took the time to help me find the places I needed to go.

Good vibe, wonderful staff, facility needs some TL
Overall this Fairbridge is a great spot to stay if you're going to ski Schweitzer, I'll cover the good and the "needs improvement". The Good: * Wonderful friendly staff * The ski season chili is a very nice touch * Good chill vibe * Ski tuning room being available is also very nice * The hot tub is welcome. Needs Improvement: * Power strips in the rooms are old and frankly unsafe. * Some wall sockets need replaced (again, old and worn out) * More power access (aka more plugs in the wall) in rooms would be nice (but i know this is a more significant fix than the above too) * The Wifi access point layout is poorly planned, and the radio setup is incorrect (put everything on one SSID, use a proper coverage planner that accounts for walls, use 20mhz channels on 2.4ghz, 40mhz channels on 5Ghz, 80Mhz channels on 6Ghz)

Friendly Fairbridge
Great little place for a few days stay. Super friendly staff and pet friendly. Nice little breakfast area with soft biscuits and sausage gravy.

Great Value
This hotel is a great value. The hospitality was superb. My truck battery died, and the desk clerk gave me a jump in the November rain! The breakfast is mostly carbohydrates. Some protein and fiber would be a nice addition.

Room was ridiculously small for a $200 a night room (or even a $100 a night room). Room smelled of mildew, AC would cut off and would not turn back on, access to power outlets was difficult (no outlets built into lamps, had to unplug the alarm clock). King sized bed was extremely uncomfortable and only had one nightstand. Will never ever be coming back to this hotel ever again. Left a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was.

I ended up not staying at this Inn When I arrived there was a group of intoxicated people that were harassing me & taunting me. So I left and went to a different location. Felt very unsafe
