  • La lumière du soleil coule à travers les nombreuses fenêtres de cette maison propre, confortable et joliment décorée de trois chambres (+ loft) et de deux salles de bain, parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Les draps, la vaisselle, le mobilier et les fournitures de qualité abondent, il n'y a pas de mains dans ce chalet bien approvisionné! La grande cour et la terrasse clôturées sont un endroit sûr pour les enfants et les animaux de compagnie afin que vous puissiez vous détendre sous l'énorme saule ou le barbecue pendant que les enfants et les animaux jouent en toute sécurité. 2 balançoires pour des heures de plaisir. Ou asseyez-vous sur le porche avant et discutez avec les voisins amicaux. En hiver, on a vu des orignaux marcher sur le trottoir devant la maison et «élaguer» les arbustes dans la cour!

    Cette maison souhaitable de Lake Street est située sur un terrain d'angle au cœur de Sandpoint. La maison est à distance de marche de tous les grands restaurants, du marché des fermiers, des divertissements et des magasins du centre-ville de Sandpoint. Une grande épicerie d'aliments naturels est à seulement un pâté de maisons. Une courte promenade de cinq pâtés de maisons pour nager et bronzer sur le lac à City Beach! Ou utilisez les vélos fournis avec la location.
    Remarque: Le climatiseur de fenêtre est situé à l'étage. Climatiseur portable en bas.

    Sandpoint se trouve sur les rives du plus grand lac de l'Idaho, le lac Pend Oreille, long de 70 kilomètres; elle est entourée de montagnes et en 2011, elle a été nommée «la plus belle petite ville» du pays par Rand McNally et USA Today. C'est une véritable destination toute l'année avec des sports d'hiver et des plaisirs d'été.

This was a great place for the family to gather! We so enjoyed hanging out in the backyard, BBQ'ing and sharing stories. There was plenty of seating for everyone. Inside was the perfect size, with a well equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back!

This house was so adorable! Plenty of room for a large family. This house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Sitting on the back patio in the morning drinking coffee was heavenly. The kids even picked some fresh strawberries and blueberries from the plants that were growing along the backside of the house. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time staying in town and not on the water. It was perfect for our needs this week. And we enjoyed the location. Very nice property. Kitchen was fabulous and so easy to use! We needed a quick repair and the handyman was there in 30 minutes.

Dreamy skiing at Schweitzer

We loved our accommodations, it was a perfect location for quick access to beautiful downtown Sandpoint! We stayed three nights and spent the days skiing Schweitzer, it was wonderful to come down the mountain to a cozy house where the family could spread out! Our pup enjoyed his stay too, with a wonderful backyard and a close walk to the lake and jogging distance to the rails to trails network! We’ll definitely be back!

We came to Sandpoint for my daughter's wedding and were all so pleased with the cottage, which was an excellent place to rest between all the activities. We loved that it was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Sandpoint City Beach! The kids loved the tree swing and played many games of Trouble! Communication was prompt and easy, the check-in/out was hassle-free, and the home was clean and stocked with everyday basics one needs when they're away from home! I highly recommend this lovely cottage and hope to get the chance to stay there again in the future!

Sandpoint Charm

What a wonderful time! We needed nothing during our stay in this home. The house is clean and comfortable with all of the necessities and more. We enjoyed lounging around inside and out. It’s a quick easy walk or bike ride to town. My kids enjoyed exploring on their own, fishing in Sand Creek and eating at all the great places. I hope we can return one day!

There were 6 of us family staying in the house together attending a celebration of life. We had some other family members join us for a dinner and there was plenty of room in the living room to hang out together and the dining table was large enough for us to dine together. The kitchen was extremely well outfitted with quality cookware and appliances. ( I love to cook, so that is important). We could walk everywhere.

Oh so cute!! We loved the home! Clean and cozy! Very well laid out! Held the group of us so perfectly. Kitchen is very well stocked! Exceeded Expectations

Was completely accurate to the impression we got from the listing…but what wasn’t shown, although greatly appreciated was how well the home was eqipped for everyday living. Hair dryers, laundry products, great kitchen gear…even spices and soaps. You could literally just walk in and live. Was more than enough space to be comfortable and have fun. Great layout for big groups of adults and kids or whatever. Landlord was super sweet and helpful. Everyone in our group had an amazing experience.
