"This is our second stay. They are constantly upgrading the property. The unit was immaculate. The living area was spacious. The private parking off street was well lit. Access to interstate quick. Communication with owner was immediate. He is a very pleasant man. You will not go wrong here at a good value. And, no, I was not paid for this. 😊"

"My wife, several adult family members and I stayed at this property in May. We loved the landscaping and water features - it truly felt like an oasis. The interior courtyard was also wonderful - private and not visible from the street, but allows you to sit outside in the sunshine protected from the wind. The backyard landscaping was also excellent, and we spent quite a bit of time relaxing there. The house has a beautiful open floor plan with lots of natural light in some of the common areas....

"It was a very cute place, it was clean and had all that we needed. There are a couple of things that did need attention. The couch was NOT comfortable at all, it had no cushioning at all to it, you sat and all you felt was springs. If they reupholster the couch or got a bigger couch it would be better. The little desk had a nail sticking out of it. Other than that it was a nice place."

"Great house for a large group. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all. The house does need a few updates in order to be called luxury. But all in all everything was good."

"I have stayed in plenty of rentals for family gatherings. This was the first one that was actually stocked with enough towels, bedding and toilet paper for us. The air conditioning worked extremely well. Being able to use the garage was so useful! The place was clean and even had kleenix, many don’t. The beds offered met the needs that have singles which is also rare in a rental. Most beds were soft and very comfortable. Perfect place for a gathering!"

We highly recommend this home. It is bright and comfortable and accommodating. The bedrooms are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and thoughtfully prepared. "Enjoyed staying in the Turtle House in Albuquerque. Was there almost two weeks. Great location and nicely equipped home. Two problems -- could not figure out the coffee pot and could not figure out how to use the tv system. When I tried to watch golf on CBS, the system wanted to charge a fee. Neither of these two issues was a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. The house, the garage and the neighborhood were not disappointing."

"Home was comfortable for 2 people. Kitchen well stocked. Individual ac /heater units a bit tricky to operate - maybe operator error. Living room couch should be positioned so not to bump your head on counter. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Could use some hooks to hang clothes. Quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor seating."

The two bedrooms were equally welcoming.The open concept in the kitchen/living room was very large, yet there were no awkward empty spaces. "The Home was great! The caretaker was close by, very helpful-even shoveled the snow off the driveway. Beautiful view especially with the snow. ❄️ It is a winding/hilly road to reach your destination but it was worth it!"
