"The house is charming but it’s in need of a good deep clean. Kitchen was sticky on drawers and fixtures. Ice maker has frozen food in the ice. Bedrooms need a good cleaning…blinds are covered in dust and dirt and baseboards are dusty. Along these lines, the house didn’t feel ready for renters. Trash was not emptied in all areas specifically laundry. Wet clothes were in the washing machine and the dish washer was not emptied or run. The kitchen sink had coffee grinds in it.
