General condition of our bedroom was abysmal. Paint peeling off the wall, lots of stains and holes in the bedsheets and towels (both were clean but covered in stains that obviously couldn't come out). The bathroom was okay - a bit newer and fairly clean. There were a lot of hotels in the area so I'd recommend checking them out instead. Nice will stay again for next trip ##### Mickey Séjour de 2 nuits en octobre 2018 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Phebe, Sibu, Sarawak 24 juill. 2018 Points forts : Service et personnel Points faibles : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre. #### Worst experience ever The hotel is worn, the replaced clean bed sheets still looks dirty, the room smelled really bad, the sink was blocked, they don't do daily cleaning if you stay more than one night. The worst of all was there was no lift. I didn't know there was no lift in this hotel, if I knew I would definitely avoid it because I had 2 senior citizens with me, they had to walk up the stair several times a day. During the last day I had to hand carry all their big luggage down the staircase. Thete was no soap/towels/paper to wash you hands with in the wc. All is good for a budget rate. Although the bathroom and toilet are outside its pretty good stay. Wifi was working fine as well. The best thing is the location of the hotel which is close to countless restaurants and convenience stores just a few minutes away (walk). We stayed here before heading to Sepilok Orangutan Rehab Center (20 minutes drive away) and it was a good 1 night stay. We went with the superior room and the room and toilet were really nice. Some issues: The room that we got was on the ground floor and the noise from outside & dogs were a bit loud. The booking was confusing. There was no cold water available and no tea and coffee provided though there was a kettle. The area was out of the way fortunately this was ok for us as we had a day to prepare for a safari. Not somewhere I would stay again.
