Main house consists of 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Granny flat consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. 100 m to boat ramp 2 min drive to Hyams Beach 5 min drive to local shops including Woolworths, Aldi, Bakers delight, Oporto and a range of other shops 8 min drive to Huskisson where you\`ll find many restaurants, takeaway, cafes, clubs, markets and beaches. For guests of 8 people or less - a discount will be offered The property is fully fenced. The granny flat is by the waterfront and it is down a flight of stairs. 8 guests or less will have access to the main house only and all the grounds, jetty and waterfront access. 9 or more guests will receive access to both houses.
