It is air-conditioned with a sea view, located 50 metres from the beach, has a surface area of 48 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. This duplex apartment consists of a 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included. We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: \- Entrance hall \- One bedroom with one double bed (140×190) \- One bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs: \- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and single sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
