The Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this 2-star furnished tourist apartment for rent in Sanary-sur-Mer. It is air-conditioned with a sea view, located 50 metres from the beach, has a surface area of 48 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. This duplex apartment consists of a 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
Ground floor:  
\- Entrance hall  
\- One bedroom with one double bed (140×190)  
\- One bathroom with shower and toilet  
Upstairs:  
\- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and single sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Separate toilet  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.  
The following baby equipment is available at an extra charge (reservation and payment at the concierge desk): high chair, cot, baby bath, potty  
  
Outside:  
\- A 13 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Sanary-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Activities:  
\- Gorguette beach – 7 minutes' walk away: swimming, relaxing, snorkelling  
\- Port of Sanary-sur-Mer – 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot  
\- Provençal market in Sanary (Wednesday mornings) – 5 minutes by car  
\- Water sports: paddleboarding, kayaking, windsurfing, diving – clubs 5-10 minutes away by car  
\- Boat trips to the Calanques or Île des Embiez – departures from the port, 5 minutes away by car  
\- Coastal path – 10 minutes' walk away  
\- Hiking at Mont Salva or Gros Cerveau – 15 minutes by car  
\- Coudou Parc tree climbing park (Six-Fours) – 15 minutes by car  
\- Tennis and pétanque – 5 minutes by car  
\- Mini golf, rides and playgrounds for children – 10 minutes by car  
\- Cultural visits: Saint-Nazaire church, Frédéric-Dumas museum – 5 minutes by car

Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park (no numbered spaces) with space for two vehicles. Additional free parking spaces are also available on the street.  
  
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- Sanary-Ollioules SNCF train station – 5 minutes by car (TER to Marseille, Toulon, Hyères, Nice)  
\- Toulon SNCF train station – 20 minutes by car (TGV to Paris, Lyon, Marseille, etc.)  
\- Toulon-Hyères Airport – about 35 minutes by car  
\- Marseille Provence Airport (Marignane) – about 1 hour 10 minutes by car  
\- Bus lines serving Sanary-sur-Mer and neighbouring towns (Mistral network)  
\- Sea shuttles (in season) from the port of Sanary to Les Embiez, the calanques or Bandol
