SANARY BEACH AND CITY CENTER - PORTISSOL - Close to the shops, the beach and Sanary city center, discover this beautiful 2 room apartment of 52 sqm with a terrace of 12 sqm for your holidays.
The apartment, located on the heights of the district of Portissol, is on the top floor of a nice and safe residence (no lift). It has been entirely renovated and decorated with a lot of taste. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a bathroom with italian style shower and sink, separate toilet, a completely renovated and very well equipped kitchen and a living room with 2 sofa beds (80 cm.) opening onto a large terrace with a magnificent sea view.

Sanary-sur-Mer, at 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic and typical Mediterranean fishing port, pedestrian streets lined with small shops, good restaurants and pretty squares refreshed by fountains, is a renowned tourist town, both relaxing and lively, where you will be assured to spend excellent holidays at any time of the year!
It offers a huge variety of colourful landscapes and natural sand beaches (Portissol, Golden Beach, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours ...) in a sunny setting most time of the year. Many activities are at your disposal: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, casino... not to forget the inevitable sea and sun bathing!
The city whose market was elected in 2018 "France's most beautiful market", offers you the best local products as well as fresh fish from the fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In summer you can also enjoy an evening market in the pedestrian port, offering a big variety of local artisan products.
Many sea excursions depart from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins ...) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques de Cassis!
The port is also the stage of many festivities throughout the year (Festival of traditions, Sanary Spring, Just Rosé, Music and Dance Festival and many other activities offered by local multicultural associations) including the Christmas / New Year celebrations (its beautiful illuminations have become famous).

Quiet position with great views

The apartment was in a lovely quiet position with great views. We enjoyed sitting and eating on the terrace. The kitchen is very small and there was little space to prepare or store food. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The bedroom had good storage for clothing and the bed was comfortable. However the quality of bed linen was poor and the pillows were very lumpy and unpleasant. The bathroom was well appointed and modern.

Great flat in Sanary sur Mer

Great spacy flat, with bathroom and kitchen as good as new, a great view over the bay and a large balcony where we took all our meals. If we return to Sanary one day, we will definitely check if the flat is available for our stay!

Schönes Apartment in Mittelmeerperle

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön möbliert, hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick und liegt sehr ruhig in einer Apartmentanlage auf einer Anhöhe. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, aber es ist alles da, was man zum Zubereiten von kleinen Mahlzeiten benötigt. Wir haben uns sofort in den Ort Sanary-sur-Mer verliebt. Er ist nicht unbedingt für einen reinen Strandurlaub geeignet, aber das war im März/April während unseres Aufenthaltes sowieso nicht möglich. Sanary hat einen tollen Wochenmarkt und viele große und kleine Lokale direkt am Yachthafen. Außerdem kann man von dort aus zu tollen Wanderungen auf den "Sentiers du Littoral" starten.
