The spacious flat on the first floor has a living and dining room with a large sofa bed, dining table for 6 people, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker and access to the covered terrace. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Together with the sofa bed in the living room, there is room for 6 people. There is also a washing machine and a garage. From the flat, it is only a 2-minute drive to the centre of San Zeno di Montagna or you can take an easy ca. 20-minute walk. In only 15 minutes by car, you can reach the port of Garda, or in 20 minutes you can reach the beach and the centre of Torri del Benaco or stroll through Castelletto di Brenzone. With a splendid panoramic position (680m), San Zeno di Montagna enchants adults and children alike. A village that boasts a magical location, as it is situated on the western slope of Monte Baldo, a mountain massif over 2000 metres high, directly on Lake Garda. The panoramic view is therefore particularly impressive. The natural beauty, peace and fresh, healthy air are ideal for the elderly and children, and for anyone wishing to practise sport and relax in the open air. Ancient paths invite you to take walks between the lake and the mountains, to go trekking, mountain biking and mountaineering; it is also possible to go horse riding, paragliding and hang-gliding, and for the more reckless there is the Park Jungle Adventure. Certains équipements seraient cependant bienvenus (pas d'aspirateur, pas de jeux) et l'appartement reste spartiate (ex: chaises de salon en plastique, pas de table basse). Nous avons aussi retrouvé de la vaisselle sale dans les placards... Das war toll für unseren Hund, den wir dabei hatten. Der Blick vom großen Balkon ist toll. Man kann dort super frühstücken & die Abende genießen. Ein großes Plus ist der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, in der das Auto immer kühl & sicher steht.Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Uns fehlten lediglich Eierbecher & große Gläser, z.B. für Cola, Bier oder Mixgetränke.Leider gab es für 3 Personen nur 1 Decke in den Schlafzimmern. Wir haben uns mit Wolldecken geholfen, die wir in den Schränken fanden.Einziges Manko: die Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig. Nebenan wohnt ein sehr altes Ehepaar, das wohl ziemlich schwer hört. Man hat das Gefühl, die beiden schreien sich regelrecht an. Ab 6 Uhr morgens laufen sehr laut Talkshows u. Nachrichten in ihrem TV. Als anstrengend empfanden wir die Kommunikation mit der Frau Consolini. Einige Wochen vorher hatten wir Fragen. Auf Mails erhielten wir jedoch keine Antwort. Dann versuchten wir es über den Kundendienst von Fewo-direkt. Dort wurden wir auf eine uns fremde Plattform verwiesen (Avaibook o. ä), wo die Vermieterin wohl geantwortet hatte. Es gab jedoch keine Antwort auf unsere Anliegen. Nach der Abreise fragten wir ebenfalls mehrfach wegen unserer Kaution nach, per WhatsApp & per Mail. Auch hier erhielten wir keine Rückmeldung. Leider war vom Vormieter noch der Biomüll in der Mülltonne, welcher leider schon einige Tage dort vor sich hin schimmelte.Der Fehler lag leider auch bei uns da ich bei der Übergabe nicht in die Mülltonne geschaut habe.Ansonst war alles wie sehr schön wie im Inserat beschrieben. Da wir auch einen Hund mit in den Urlaub nehmen ist die Suche nach einem geeigneten Quartier nicht immer so einfach. Hier war uns die Seite Fewo-Direkt.de mal wieder eine sehr gute Hilfe. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung in San Zeno die Montagna. Die Wohnung gehört zu einer Wohnanlage mit mehreren Häusern und liegt schön am Hang mit Blick nach Süden Richtung Gardasee und bietet durch die Höhenlage immer einen schönen Ausblick, den man schon morgens beim Frühstück genießen kann. Es war die erste Ferienwohnung im meinem Leben, in der alle notwendigen Gegenstände vorhanden vorhanden und die darüber hinaus noch sehr gut mit Details wie Stühlen und Tischen für die große Terasse, WLAN, SAT-TV, ausreichend Handtücher und Bettdecken glänzen konnte. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Mit dem Hund sind es übrigens nur ein paar Meter in den nahegelegenen Wald, der gleichzeitig auch ein Wandergebiet ist. On der Küche alles nötige vorhanden außer Pfannen. 6 Stunden nach Abreise erreichte uns jedoch eine whatsapp mit bildern eines abgebrochenen Verschluss vom Fensterladen.
