"The refrigerator that should have been in my room was missing. The TV simply did not work - snow on every channel. Why didn't I report these? Because the manager who checked me in was the grouchiest, most hostile desk clerk I have encountered in the past few years. "We got a suite that sleeps four people. The sofa had a few stains, the blanket from the sofa had pilling. We were only given 3 towels and should have been 4. I was told by front desk that Happy hour was 5-7pm and we had 2 complementary drinks. When we got to the bar the bartender told us complementary drinks were from 5:30-7pm. Other than that the room was clean, breakfast was good. "
