This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home is located in the quaint and historic town of San Ygnacio, Texas. Distance from Casa Sol to San Ygnacio Bank Fishing/Boat ramp - 1 mile. Only 18 miles from Falcon Lake County Park & Boat Ramp (3079 County Rd. Zapta, Tx) Gutierrez gas & grocery offers daily lunch specials. Stay comfortably in this 3-bedroom house. Each bedroom features a different size bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like WiFi, washer/driver, full kitchen, Central A/C and heat, your stay will be convenient and stress-free. The two bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and a shower. This amazing property offers a quaint and tremendous atmosphere for you to relax and unwind. We hope you enjoy what our place and San Ygnacio has to offer.

30 minute drive to The Laredo International Airport, Walmart, HEB, Laredo College, Texas A&M International University, Shops and Restaurants. If you're an avid fisherman then you already know about our famous Falcon Lake and the best chicken fried steak located in Zapata, Texas and only a quick 15 minute drive from San Ygancio.
