The property has been recently restored and it features a welcoming interior tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern amenities, such as air conditioning, sat-TV, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher and parking space. It develops on one level, and it has a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms. The outdoor area includes a patio with dining area on the ground floor and a large roof terrace on the first floor, reachable through an external staircase, which offers pleasant views over Monte Monaco and the sea. Mulberry House is ideal for relaxing holidays by the sea, and also a very good base for visiting many attractive places such as the Zingaro nature reserve, Erice, Trapani (connections to the Egadi’s islands), Segesta’s temple and the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala. A visit to Gibellina Nuova, an extraordinary open-air museum of contemporary art, is also an absolute must.
