To reach the house, you'll navigate a stepped path with 15 steps. While the property does not have private parking, public parking is available on the road. The nearby sandy beach of San Vito Lo Capo, just 800 meters away, invites you to relax and soak up the sun. For those seeking outdoor adventures, numerous hiking paths and nature reserves, such as Riserva Naturale Monte Cofano (12 km), Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro (14 km), and Riserva Naturale Saline di Trapani (40 km), offer opportunities for exploration and immersion in the region's natural beauty.

Unit Layout  
You will find a practical and comfortable 3-room apartment with a total area of 60 square meters on the first floor. The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, leading to a terrace. There is one double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating, also offering access to the terrace. Additionally, there is another room with two beds, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, which also has an exit to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment features a kitchenette with four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, and microwave. It also has a shower, bidet, and toilet. Heating is available through forced-air heating and a 50-liter boiler, but only from December 1st to March 31st, and not in all rooms. The terrace areas measure 12 and 15 square meters, with the latter being partially covered, and both are furnished with terrace furniture, offering a view of the countryside. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. A reserved parking spot for one car is also provided.  
  
Other Information  
During your vacation at the Palma Gaia property, you will have access to air conditioning, a washing machine, heating (available during specific months), a microwave, a television, and accommodation for up to six people, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The apartment offers comfortable furnishings and practical amenities to ensure a pleasant stay.
