### Mobilehome with air conditioning, terrace and pool

The standalone mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.  
  
**Holiday resort**  
National category 4 stars, reception, 2 restaurants, pizzeria, bar, supermarket, kiosk and laundrette. Lovers of good food will be delighted by the variety of gastronomic offerings. The campsite features a restaurant with an open grill, a pizzeria, two cocktail bars, an ice cream parlour, a fast-food restaurant and a take-away service. For gourmets, there is also an à la carte restaurant and a street food area. The T-POP restaurant, SiCafé, and the ice cream parlour will be open from mid-April.  
  
There is a well-stocked supermarket, a newspaper kiosk (open during high season), a tobacco shop, and a souvenir shop with clothing items. These facilities will be open from mid-April to mid-September. Additionally, a pharmacy will be available during the high season.  
  
The campsite offers several essential services for a pleasant stay, including an ATM, a laundry, and Wi-Fi access, which is available in central areas such as Piazza Italia and the pool area. During the high season, a doctor will be available at certain times. Some services may incur an additional charge.  
  
For security reasons, all guests must present a vehicle pass and wear a wristband during their stay. The rules and regulations of the campsite must be followed by all visitors.  
  
**Location**  
San Vincenzo. The mobilehome is located on a campsite, on a garden plot with trees. The campsite, nestled in a beautiful centuries-old pine forest on the Costa degli Etruschi, is a true paradise for those looking for fun and relaxation. It offers activities and entertainment for all ages, thanks to a large water park, several restaurants and bars, and many services to satisfy all needs. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. A second car can be parked outside the campsite.

Air conditioning. Cot and high chair.  
For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.  
  
**Pool**  
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children's pool. The campsite features a large swimming pool park with lagoons, islands, slides, and water games for the little ones. For adults, there is an Olympic swimming pool, while another pool can be heated and covered depending on the weather. There are sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a poolside bar. The pools are open from mid-April to mid-September.  
  
**Leisure**  
In the complex: mini golf, table tennis and bike rental. Animation for children. Adult animation. From April to September, the campsite offers a rich entertainment programme for children, teenagers and adults. There is also a playground for the little ones, a disco in the summer season and table tennis tables. For a fee, you can try out the adventure trails and minigolf, hire bikes or e-bikes, go-karting or have fun in the games room.

Shopping 6.7 km, restaurant 900 m, town centre 8.5 km. Airport in Pisa 91.5 km. Venturina Terme: train station 5.8 km, bank 6.8 km, thermal bath 6.9 km, pharmacy 7 km and doctor 7.8 km. **In summer:** Mediterranean Sea 850 m in San Vincenzo (beach 850 m in San Vincenzo with sand). Tennis in San Vincenzo 8.5 km. A free sandy beach is located 850m from the entrance of the campsite. A foot and cycle path leads directly to the sea.
