Description  
The property is surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with lawn, Mediterranean plants and trees, which ends directly at the sea, where there is a small private beach of rocks and pebbles and an outdoor shower.  
On a lower level, the private infinity pool with Jacuzzi, equipped with sunbeds, offers an incredible and suggestive sea view.  
The estate measures 7500 sqm, the privacy is total and the position of the villa is enchanting.  
The covered veranda is equipped with a large barbecue area, with a large grill, a wood-burning oven for pizza and a large outdoor table for pleasant al fresco meals.  
Car parking available.  
  
The square of Capo Coda Cavallo with bars, restaurants/pizzerias, market and shops is within walking distance, as well as the nearest beach, equipped and with bar-Club House.  
The most beautiful beaches of North East Sardinia (Cala Brandinchi - Lu Impostu - Porto Taverna) and the beautiful Marina of Puntaldia are just a few minutes drive away.

Villa Farfalla, has a living area of 525 sqm and consists of a living area and a sleeping area.  
In the living area there is a bright living room with large windows and incredible sea and pool view, furnished in modern style with large sofas, a fireplace, a dining table and direct access to the furnished veranda.  
The kitchen is particularly functional and well equipped, with direct exit to the garden. Courtesy bathroom in the living area.  
The sleeping area is divided into two, in order to guarantee maximum privacy to its guests.  
The main wing has a double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe and has a private terrace with sea view. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bathroom.  
The secondary wing has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with three bathrooms. All bathrooms have showers.  
On the lower floor there is a large laundry room and a technical room. There are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms, usually reserved for service staff.
