Residenza Lu Fraili is a panoramic quadriti inserted in a stately residence with a swimming pool for common use. The property consists of 3 bedrooms including 2 double bedrooms with a standard bed of 190 x 160 cm and wardrobe and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine. The generous living room is equipped with a kitchen equipped with oven and stove, fridge and freezer, crockery and pots. From the living room you can reach the panoramic terrace overlooking the evocative Gulf of San Teodoro.  
The Lu Fraili residence is strategically located a few minutes drive from the sea and a few minutes drive from the town center. The area is served by market, tobacconists, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Olbia and the Costa Smeralda airport are about 20 minutes from the residence.  
The swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September (except for different condominium regulations).

This scattered municipality in the province of Sassari (4991 inhabitants) is known for the lush nature that populates it, the immense white beaches and turquoise waters. San Teodoro, and more generally this area of ​​sardinia, is very popular during the summer when the city and the surrounding area is populated by many visitors.  
For lovers of seaside holidays that do not renounce to tourism and love to visit the historical places, in San Teodoro there are many sites of historical-artistic or scientific interest such as the Church of San Teodoro, the Church of Sant'andrea and the Church of Sant'antonio da Padova or the well-known Museum of the Sea present in the city. Among the most famous beaches of San Teodoro you can count:  
• Cala Braninchi: located in the resort of Capo Coda Cavallo is surrounded by a thick pine forest. The white sand and transparent waters have earned it the name of Tahiti;  
• Capo Coda Cavallo beach: located 20 kilometers from Olbia, it is one of the best known beach in the area. The surface of the beach extends up to Capo Coda Cavallo from which it derives its name. The coastline overlooks the Molara and Tavolara islands. The white sandy beach is surmounted by a promontory;  
• Isuledda Beach: this beach, about 500 meters long, stands in a marvelous setting consisting of the Mediterranean maquis and is located in the town of San Teodoro;  
• La Cinta beach: with its length of about 5 kilometers, it is the longest beach on the coast. It is an equipped beach characterized by the presence of the typical pink flamingos of Sardinia.  
What to see near San Teodoro?  
The city of San Teodoro and the surrounding towns, in addition to the multiplicity of natural beauties, offer tourists many places of historical and cultural interest such as the Nuraghe.  
The nuraghe are typical conical stone constructions used probably in the past as a deposit of supplies. However, even scholars have not been able to define precisely what their main use was.  
For example, in Arzachena, in the Caprichena valley, you can visit the Nuraghe La Prisgiona and its village.  
Another place of historical relevance is the Castello della Fava in Posada, in the province of Nuoro. It is a medieval building, located inside the town, built in the thirteenth century. Its name derives from a legend.  
Moreover, in the town of Arzachena, it is possible to visit the Giants' Tomb of Coddu Vecchio. This nuragic archaeological site was built in several phases between 1800 and 1400 Bc .  
In Nuoro, Mann, or the Museum of Art, holds sculptures and works by well-known Sardinian artists. Inside, moreover, there is an area dedicated to modern and contemporary art.  
  
The enogastronomic tradition of Gallura  
All of Sardinia, and more generally the area of ​​gallura are known for their rich food and wine tradition. In particular, among the dishes that you can enjoy during your stay in San Teodoro and in the surrounding areas, you can include:  
• the carasau bread: typical Sardinian bread, very thin and not leavened;  
• le Puligioni: ravioli filled with cheese or ricotta and sugar that are seasoned with a salted sauce, usually tomato;  
• the uggiaddini: bread loaves rich in sugar and raisins, they also exist in the savory version with pork;  
• the cuata soup: soup made with bread, meat broth and cheese au gratin in the oven;  
• lu pan 'a fitti: a dish made of stale bread, cooked in the meat stock and then flavored with parsley and cinnamon, seasoned with oil and cheese.  
As for wines, the most famous is certainly Vermentino di Gallura, produced in the province of Sassari marked Docg.
