Located in San Teodoro, this apartment is 1800 metres from the beach. The property also includes a private outdoor area to the front, furnished with table and chairs, and a communal area to the rear, equipped with a barbecue. San Teodoro is a charming seaside resort on the north east coast of Sardinia, renowned for its stunning beaches, crystal clear waters and lively atmosphere. Located approximately 30 kilometres south of Olbia, this popular holiday destination offers a perfect blend of relaxation, outdoor activities and nightlife. Easily accessible from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, San Teodoro is the perfect destination for those seeking a mix of relaxation, nature and lively seaside charm.  
  
This 40 m² apartment provides a comfortable stay for up to three guests. Located on the ground floor of a small residential complex in the center of San Teodoro, it features a practical layout with simple furnishings. The living area includes a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a TV, while the separate bedroom offers a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.  
  
Additional conveniences include air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, and an outdoor shower. Free parking is available nearby.  
  
For larger groups, the same complex offers a one-bedroom apartment (accommodating up to 4 guests) and a two-bedroom apartment (accommodating up to 5 guests), both with similar finishes.  
  
Nearby landmarks and tourist attractions can be reached within 20 km. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is at 30 km. The town center with all its entertainment, bars, and venues is just a few steps away, as are all the main services, so there’s no need to worry about taking the car.  
  
The town is best known for La Cinta Beach, a long stretch of soft white sand and shallow turquoise waters, ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts. Other breathtaking beaches include Cala Brandinchi, often referred to as "Little Tahiti" for its Caribbean-like appearance, and Lu Impostu, a picturesque bay with fine sand and lush Mediterranean vegetation.  
Nature lovers can explore the Lagoon of San Teodoro, a protected wetland home to pink flamingos and other bird species, or hike in the nearby Monte Nieddu, which offers scenic trails and panoramic views over the coastline. The area is also a hotspot for activities such as snorkeling, diving, kayaking, and boat excursions to the stunning Tavolara Marine Protected Area.  
  
 In the summer months, the San Teodoro Night Market brings a vibrant atmosphere, offering local crafts, food, and live entertainment. The town is also known for its buzzing nightlife, with beach bars and clubs providing music and entertainment until late.
