"Casetta Rosa" is a cozy, semi-detached house with three stories, located above Rezzonico in the district of Lucena. It offers a quiet and elevated position on a slope, only 2.5 km from Rezzonico-San Siro and the lake. The property is fenced, and Internet Wifi is available, making it an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of Italy.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a private, fenced outdoor area, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and scenic surroundings. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to various walking paths, including the Monte Grona - Rifugio Menaggio and Sasso di Musso- Chiesa Santa Eufemia trails, located just 200 meters from the house.

Heating is available from October 15th to April 30th. Motor access is possible up to 100 meters from the house, with a 100-meter footpath leading directly to the residence. Public parking is conveniently located 100 meters away on the road. Nearby amenities include a grocery store 2.5 km away, a supermarket 10 km away, a restaurant 2.7 km away, and a bar 3 km away. The bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" is 2.5 km away, while the "Colico" railway station is 29 km away. The ferry to "Menaggio" is 10 km from the property.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The property is situated 45 km from the center of Como and 37 km from the center of Lugano. Nearby attractions include the Museo Barca Lariana-Pianello, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Bellagio, Menaggio, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, and Varenna. Additionally, the well-known lakes Lago di Mezzola and Lago di Lugano are easily accessible from the property. For beach enthusiasts, the pebble beach "Rezzonico" is just 2.5 km away (small), while the grass beach "Lido di San Siro" is 3 km away. Other recreational activities in the area include a marina 4.5 km away, a golf course (18 holes) 14 km away, and a surf school 4.8 km away. Please note: a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a cozy 3-room house that spans across three levels and has a total area of 50 square meters. The open living/dining room on the ground floor features a dining table and a wood-burning stove, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. It also has access to a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. The kitchenette is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom with a flat-screen TV, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The upper floor also has a shower area, bidet, and a toilet. The second upper floor offers an open living/sleeping room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and another flat-screen TV, providing additional sleeping space if needed. There is also a separate toilet on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property features natural stone floors throughout, adding to its cozy and rustic charm. You will find a small terrace where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors, complete with terrace furniture. For your convenience, a washing machine, dryer, and a hair dryer are provided. The house also offers free WiFi internet access, ensuring you stay connected during your vacation.

Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a maximum of one pet or dog is allowed. Smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher are installed for your safety. Gas heating is available from October 15th to April 30th each year. The maximum capacity of the house is suitable for two adults and one child, making it an ideal choice for a small family or a couple's getaway. The furnishings are described as very beautiful and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your vacation.
