Private: terraced garden with flowers and trees, meadow (fenced). Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 30.Apr.. 50 m footpath to the house. Parking space n 1\. Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 1 km, railway station "Como" 42 km, ferry "Menaggio" 9 km, sandy beach "Lido di Menaggio" 8 km pebble beach "Rezzonico" 1.3 km (small), grass beach "Beach di San Siro" 2 km. Marina 3.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, surf school 3.5 km, sailing school 3.5 km, minigolf 8 km.
