This wonderful single-level home sits on a very quiet corner lot only two blocks from the beach. It’s one of the few single-story homes in the area that offers a hillside ocean view and no stairs inside, making the entire space easily accessible. This layout is especially ideal for guests seeking easier mobility, and it’s perfect for both couples and families looking to relax on the Central Coast. Recently repainted on the outside and featuring beautifully refurbished kitchen cabinets, the home offers a fresh, updated feel while maintaining its cozy coastal charm. The comfortable great room is a true highlight, with panoramic window views of the northern Cambria coastline. Step outside onto the deck where you can catch glimpses of Hearst Castle and the nearby lighthouse, or cozy up with a blanket on the outdoor chairs and soak in the salty air. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen is well-stocked with everything you’ll need for cooking, and guests can enjoy both gas and charcoal barbecues just outside the dining area. Not only does it have an amazing ocean view from the front deck (perfect sunset location) but a gorgeous, private backyard area that is protected from the wind. Reviewer Comments: Loved it! The home was great. Although some of the mattresses desperately need replacement. I slept in the queen in the 2nd bedroom, which gave me a terribly sore back. Reviewer Comments: We were two couples on an early spring break at the beached found a great one. The best part of the stay were the awesome views of the ocean which were a glance or a few steps away at all times. The gas fireplace was cozy at night. Our favorite activities were walking on Moonstone Beach, exploring the local restaurants, and wandering through the unique shops. We also wine tasted at local world-class wineries. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at awesome views! Location is perfect. Walk to town and Fiscalini Ranch hiking. Views can not be beat. Owner called to be sure there were no problems which I thought was a nice touch. My only suggestion would be to upgrade DVD players to blue ray as we could not play the discs we brought. Since they had plenty of good titles provided, it wasn’t a big problem. All in all, loved this place! ##### Pete B.
