Nice looking property in what looked to be an interesting part of Oaxaca. Room was spacious, clean and complex was the same. Bed was too hard for me, but I realize many like that. I will stay there tambien!

The staff was cordial and attentive to all our needs. Check in was quick as well as check out. The bars are comfortable and the bartenders personable and masters at making drinks with Mezcal. The restaurant is very good with an extensive menu. The spa was also a highlight while we were there resting.

The room was lovely and very clean when we got there but housekeeping never came so we had to go to front desk to grab new towels etc Also, we stayed in the panoramic suite with the little pool. It would have been nice if they left any kind of information on how the jets worked and maybe a little net to clean the debris out. Mostly just leaves and what not from the surrounding trees.

The property was in excellent condition. The staff accommodated every and they were bi-lingual.

This is a beautiful, small hotel with a staff that is beyond friendly, warm, helpful, professional, and kind. It was like being with family, in only the best way. We loved our room (#5), the lovely neighborhood, the fabulous breakfasts, the sound of the fountain in the quiet courtyard, and above all, the service. Maricela, Emanuel and Gabriel made us feel that we never wanted to leave. They are very sweet, very special human beings.
