You can walk to any part of the city. Beach -> 10min Old part -> 15 min Center -> 10 min Gros -> 10 min Bus / train station: 3 min Tabakalera: 2 min Bike lane at the door of the house. If you come to visit San Sebastian, I'm sure you'll like it. Accommodation It is a floor that has been completely renovated in July 2018\. It is a fifth floor with elevator without barriers. You can walk or bike effortlessly to be a very flat area and close to all the interesting areas of the city. The spacious living room has access to a small terrace where you can watch the sunset, and when it gets dark you can see the light of the lighthouse. The two rooms face a street with little traffic, so rest is assured. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and has a window to the interior patio. It has first-line appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. Services and common areas Access to the house is allowed in its entirety except for a closet where the boiler and communications are. As a result, we took all his recommendations on sites, villages, restaurants, markets etc. He also kept us well informed about this unusual weather pattern. The flat was perfect in size, was well equipped with top of the line appliances, supplies and even little things such as hair dryer, iron etc. Also clean and has all the essentials. It’s in a quieter neighborhood that is safe and a short walk to old town. I highly recommend the host and the flat and will plan to return in the future. We loved Spain for the social culture and friendly people of which Rafa demonstrated all those qualities. We are well traveled but like most haven’t been to EU in 2 years.
