When we arrived nobody was there. After make some calls, a guy told us that the building is closed and the room is not available. We had to find another place to sleep. Also they refused to refund. Do not book here!

Deceptive booking
Please note that you need to book at least 48 hours in advance as there is no reception in the hotel and you need to contact the owner in advance for them to get you in... I booked the same day, tried calling, no one answered so I had to book another accommodation and lost my money on this. Beware!!

Si vous ne prévenez pas avant d'arriver (sauf que le N° affiché sur le site d'Expédia est faux), obligé d'appeler expédia et poiroter 2 heures avant l'arrivée d'un agent qui vous annonce qu'il a essayé de vous joindre mais sur What'sapp. Cet appartement aménagé est composé de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Tout est très sale et très bruyant à cause de l'isolation et les bruits de la rue. Pas de petit déjeuner possible.

Esta muy bien ubicado al lado de la playa la zurriola, es un hostal con lo que no esperen ninguna maravilla, pero en relación calidad precio está bien. Yo volvería.

la peor Noche...
totalmente desagradable, no recomendaría a nadie, tuve que abandonar tan pronto amaneció aun faltando 1 dia de mi estancia fue un timo total; habitación totalmente en mal estado ,la ventana ,la cortina la persiana todo en general , lo mínimo que tendría que hacer la dueña o a quien corresponda es abonarme el dinero ya que estuve una noche sin poder dormir. Hoteles.com debería verificar o cerciorarse que este local esta en condiciones para dar servicio de alojamientos antes de subir a la web.
