Close to the Kursaal Conference Centre, home to, among many other events, the internationally renowned San Sebastian Film Festival and the Zurriola beach, famous for its waves and surfing atmosphere.  
  
Its location makes it within easy walking distance of San Sebastian's renowned Old Town, as well as the romantic area and the incomparable La Concha beach.
