Please please don’t stay here, let me start off by saying when I checked in they were not giving me what I had reserved online which was a 2 bedroom room. Instead they were giving me a one bedroom with one queen bed. I told them that it was 3 of us and my reservation stated 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and another room with 2 beds. We went to eat when we came back I found a full size bed in the middle of the living room. Went back to the front desk and told them that I needed to get the room that I paid for. That I was not going to stay in a room with a bed in the middle of the living room. They kept telling me that when I reserved I paid for 3 packages not the room and that since it was 3 of us, we didn’t need the other room. After going back and fourth she finally told me she was gonna send maintenance in there to open up a door that was locked, once they open it up, we got exactly what we paid for! I’m pretty sure they make money under the table and they were trying to rent out the other 1/2 of the room since it had its own bathroom and entrance. Hard to explain but don’t stay there, the hotel is under construction, rooms were dirty. Food is okey

The room was having some unclean parts. They didn't have the room ready by the 3.30 pm checkin time. The room provided had poor bed quality which has not been changed for months. The shower was broken and gave me a electric shock when I touched it ..didn't work and inspite of informing themthey did not fix it. They lied to me about fixing it

The hotel is not as how it looks on pictures, they did not know what room to assign us even after we purchased. There is nothing else to do other than walking to the beach and swimming in the pool. No other activities are on the property. There was also many flies and bees which made us very uncomfortable to eat or even sit back and relax.

This area is big for meal you have to walk to much for everything the staff doesn’t help really is bad

This place use to be better, i had struggles since I arrived, I reserved a suite with wheelchair access because I travel to El Salvador to visit my grandmother. They gave me a suite in the second floor all the way to the beach area, we were tired and had to drive to the Estero side to get the suite changed took another 40 minutes, the seevers were fantastic they even help me to bring my grandmother to the car after the meals so that was great and only reason why I’m giving two starts, There was a lot of construction noise, wifi didn’t work on my suite, had to call to get the jacuzzi turn on and it was dirty, and if all of the above is not enough I had to spend 3 of 5 meals convincing the time share vendors why I didn’t wanted to buy time shared. It was such a hassle and really robbed me of my peace and time with my grandmother. Not recommended

Worst experience ever , front desk lady was sleeping when I arrived there , the security guard couldn’t find her it took almost 1 hour to find her and when he finally found her , she couldn’t find my reservation so I had to call EXPEDIA for a refund, my room smelled like pee , there was a leak on the roof ….. horrible experience

Lousy NOT inclusive hotel
The hotel is not well kept. The bathroom so bad that the door is unable to open completely open because it hits the sink. the toilet seat doesn’t stay open. the shower barely has water pressure. Also, being wheelchair accessible seems to be an after thought because it is not done well, ie some ramps are too steep and there is an area completely inaccessible. There was no a place put your toothbrush. The bedroom does have a small table or night stand .not a table and burnt light bulb. They do not clean the room well and they do not leave you with towels or toilet paper or even water. We paid for all inclusive but we had to buy bottled water if we wanted more than just the one they leave in your room, if they remember to leave one at all, and pay for alcohol drinks. we needed it to be separate. I’d say don’t bother getting the all inclusive is not worth it and it is not what you would expect. Motel 6 is far better than this place. There was one person that did a great job taking care our family Leo. He was great making sure we had a table for our large group and that we had everything we needed during our meals.

The property was very over priced the renovations part is it still under construction first day I asked for new room never given. Everyday if you have on armband for inclusive why are you asked your room number. It was extremely out of the way of everything. I’m very hurt by the conditions for what I paid 178 for one right it was more like 65 a night 1 towel each no wash clothes sheets and pillow case dirty

The staff was extremely attentive, and helpful. At the time of our stay the pool on our side of the resort was under construction so when I asked to be moved to another room closer to the other pool on the property where all festivities were taking place the front staff made the move possible. I wish there were more activities for the guest to be a part of but I believe that because we were there doing the middle of the week the water activities were not available. Overall it's a beautiful resort and we loved everything.

The staff was perfect, but unfortunately the price is high for what we received (only breakfast included)-WITH EXPEDIA, I paid $227.50 (5 guest) When it comes to cleanliness: The room had bees, bugs, ants, spider,etc. To add on, the water that we used to shower or wash hands was with a horrible smell.

We were supposed to stay on the beach side but ended up on the creek side, witnessed many complaints while at front desk. Had to call them to bring us everything just about. The water in the bathroom and kitchen smelled pretty bad, no hot water, paid close to $500 for one night stay, therefore I expected a lot more, I would not stay there again, the beach was great though.

Terrible service, the rooms I had paid for they didn’t have because they overbooked themselves. When I told them I paid for 3 separate rooms they told me I could take what they gave me or they would cancel my reservation and leave us without a place to stay. Everywhere there was booked so we had to take it. The facility was dirty and the beach has so much trash in it I felt sick about it. The pool is not clean and was slimy so we didn’t even stay in the pool. We canceled our stay after one night because we got bitten up but they would not even give us a partial refund because they are money hungry. Also they tried to make us pay more for services almost doubling the cost of our stay at check in. STAY AWAY!! Do not stay here and please plan your trip somewhere else!
