we hit the jackpot when we booked this hotel. It was our first time in El Salvador. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and even a movie theater. Close enough to the cathedral, the library and the Palace by cheap Uber. (driving is hectic) but the best part was the service. So much, that we ended up eating every day at the hotel. The people there is fantastic. Thank you Armando and Rafael

Excellent customer service. Location is very convenient to the major roads that lead to the touristic places. The bar tender was excellent. Friendly and provided great customer service. Rooms are spacious. One minor suggestion to the hotel: to change the shower head… it needs more pressure. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in a great location with the mall right across the street. Everything was clean and we never felt unsafe. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included with our stay and the options were great and easy to eat & head out to explore the country. Would definitely recommend and come back in the future.

At the rectopion the guys were disrespectful. We left our bags and wanted to take out some stuff. When we took it back they had a bad look on their face and asked if we are sure we wont need our bags again. Our rooms took long to be ready and they had other people checking in that were also annoyed that they werent being attended to properly.

We decided to stay here again as our last visit in 2019 was so enjoyable and I'm glad we did! We were warmly greeted by Fernando who took care of us at check in and informed us there was a minor issue with the room we originally booked. He quickly and professionally worked out a comparable resolution which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. The following day we were moved to the larger room originally requested and were met with a bath robe, fruit basket and handwritten note. It was an unexpected nice gesture. Thank you to Ofelia and her team for the continued exceptional customer service! The location is great and parking onsite is free.The breakfast buffet is wonderful and just steps outside there is shopping and a variety of other dining options. I will definitely be back when visiting the area.

Great place to stay in El Salvador, very well situated. There are renovations, elevators being redone, but overall, customer service is superior and the maintenance staff are very warm and friendly. High recommendation

Great location since it's next door to La Gran Villa shopping outdoor mall. During my stay one of the elevators was being repaired but it did not cause to much of an issue.
