### Spacious Riverfront private pool villa

 This spacious river front villa features a large private infinity edge swimming pool and beautiful views over the Mae Ping River and Suthep Mountain range.   
The style can be described as Thai-tropical with a minimalist loft touch.  
  
Right at the edge of the Ping River, the Villa has 6 AC bed rooms: (4 double bedrooms with attached individual spacious bathrooms and one duplex family suite with 2 AC sleeping rooms and a shared bathroom   
  
The Villa has a large private infinity edge salt water swimming pool (11x4m) with Jacuzzi massage jet system.   
  
One bedroom unit has a free standing bathtub the other spacious bathrooms are with rain shower areas.   
The villa features a living room with large flat screen smart TV, a lot of outside roofed veranda space and spacious western and Thai kitchen areas, completely equipped with oven, stove, large fridge, microwave big enough for groop cooking or cooking classes.   
We also provide the equipment for your poolside BBQ  
  
This villa offers large indoor and outdoor living space with ample sitting areas for lounging, relaxing, or enjoying a party or relaxing time at your private pool. All rooms have attached veranda and balcony space river and pool view.  
The villa features fantastic uninterrupted sunset views over the river and towards the mountains.   
The style of the villa can be described as contemporary Thai tropical with a minimalist loft touch, simple and uncluttered. The Villa features high ceilings and a lot of ceiling high glass sliding doors to enjoy the exceptional views.  
The Villa is purpose built as a perfect private vacation retreat for family groups or groups of friends of 10-12 persons with additional beds possible for up to 16 guests (including children).  
There is enclosed under roof parking for 3 cars (or 2 van/minibus parking)  
Catering or private chef service can be arranged to your convenience.  
Embedded into the beautiful landscape of the Mae Ping River, Ping Pool Villa 1 provides you with an extraordinary holiday experience that surpasses the quality, privacy and convenience of high-end hotels and resorts  
  
Guests have exclusive access to all amenities including the private large and stunningly designed infinity edge salt water swimming pool (11x4m) with Jacuzzi jet system, Private landscaped large garden and riverfront  
  
While a larger party or family group can enjoy the ample outside living spaces, the villa also thoughtfully provides maximum privacy and independence.  
  
We, the host family live on the next compound and are willing to answer your question and assist you in all needs of your stay while we respect your privacy.  
We will assist our guests to have a great holiday in any way we can and we also fully respect our guests privacy and individual needs.  
  
Although the villa is near to Chiang Mai town it has a very natural environment and rural surrounding. In an upscale area of mansions and agriculture in direction to Mae Rim and many major tourist attractions, just 1 km off the outer Chiang Mai ring road (no121)  
Several restaurants of different style and level are nearby.   
Getting Around  
As public transport is limited in Chiang Mai private transport e.g. rental car or van with driver is recommended. We are happy to assist you for car rental or van rental at inexpensive local rates. Van rental can be arranged for individual trips or all day usage.  
It is a 10-15 minute drive to reach the city premise and between 15 to 30 minute drive to locations in the inner city. 5 minutes to the government municipality center, a 10 minute drive to the Chiang Mai Convention center. The villa is conveniently located 1 km north of the ring road (no 121) towards many of Chiang Mais major tourist attractions nearby Mae Rim and Mae Sa Valley.  
We also provide free use of bicycles. The surrounding of the Villa is very convenient and beautiful for bicycling.

#### Beautiful villa and lovely hospitality

We had the most amazing stay in ChiangMai, thanks to PingPool villas and their team. The villa was beautifuly decorated and in a very tranquil location. The team at PingPool villas were incredibly helpful and welcoming ! We were very well looked after, and are now just looking for an excuse to come and stay again!
