Two roof terraces offer views from the foothills of the Sierra Nevada over the Rock of Gibraltar to Africa. Large sliding French doors illuminate the living and dining room and open onto the expansive west facing terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker as well as all necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Fast internet via fiber optic connection and WLAN is freely available throughout the apartment. A large format TV screen offers all major European TV channels including Netflix. All living rooms are equipped with air conditioning or heating, the bedrooms can be darkened with windows or shutters. (The presence of smaller children is only not permitted because the terrace railings can easily be climbed over and the landlord is not liable for this.) The top floor apartment is located directly at the tropical marina and in the middle of landscaped alleys and squares, where numerous cafés and restaurants under palm trees invite you to linger. 100 m to the north begins the more than one kilometer long sandy beach of Playa de Torreguadiaro, to the south the continuous beach stretches over 15 kilometers to Gibraltar. From Sotogrande, the five most famous historic cities can be reached quickly via the continuous motorway. It takes only 3 hours to get to Córdoba, 2.5 hours to Granada, 2 hours to Seville, 1.5 hours to Cádiz and only 1 hour to Málaga. Luxurious life in Marbella with countless boutiques, shopping centers and flagship stores is just over half an hour away. Those who prefer small and enchanted country roads through pine forests and rugged mountains can head for the romantic small towns of Ronda, Nerja, Vejer or Tarifa. In addition, day trips to the African continent to Ceuta or Tangier are possible. Nature lovers will get their money's worth when spotting whales and observing migratory birds in the Strait or hiking and climbing in the Sierra Nevada. Water sports enthusiasts usually prefer the opportunities for diving, surfing, SUP, wind and kite surfing in Tarifa or dinghy, yacht or catamaran sailing in front of the local marina. Sotogrande itself offers the best conditions for enjoying sporting leisure time with a to provide an additional share of luxury.
