The interior of the flat has been stylishly decorated and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay perfect. The large living - dining room offers a fabulous sofa, the magnificent decorative fireplace, Smart TV and a large dining area with seating for 8 guests. The modern kitchen has an induction hob and all the necessary equipment for you to cook your best dishes during your holiday. Here you will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms with shower or bathtub. Three of them have a double bed and only one has twin beds. There is also a guest toilet. Ducted air conditioning in all rooms completes the equipment. Sotogrande presents itself as a select residential area in the vicinity of San Roque, providing all the essential amenities for a self-contained stay. Its marina, recognised as one of the most prestigious in Europe, offers an exceptional marine environment for sailing enthusiasts, together with a vibrant and global atmosphere.
