HOUSE RULES • Please respect the property and neighbours. • Smoking/vaping will incur a penalty • Loud parties will incur a penalty. • Pets are permitted, and a fee of $80/pet will be charged before your check-in. They are not allowed at the upper level of the house. • Please bring your own wood for the firepit • Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. • Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am. • Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
