Has wifi, Netflix, HBO, prime video, hot water, gym, pool, jacuzzi. You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Is one of the best and safe areas in SPS. Near restaurants and shoppings. Condo in new and furnished, comfortable conditions, located in Tribeca Condominiums, in an exclusive and safe area, by Villas Mackey Blvd., entrance on 13 NW Street, 1 km from Altara Mall. It has two bedrooms with king and queen beds, two full bathrooms, kitchen with all utensils, refrigerator, stove, microwave, air conditioners in bedroom and living room. Smart TV with cable, internet, 24 hour private security and with access control to the elevator. Social area has a gym, pool, jacuzzi, bar, club house, events room and playground. Apartment is located in a condominium in which there are rules and regulations of conduct that must be respected, including good moral behavior, parties or events are not allowed in the condo. Restaurants and mini markets are within walking distance. We have 24 hour gated security.
