Sunset Beach is Gold Standard Certified! We are waiting for you.  
  
This unit is a great second floor, beachfront, 3 bedroom/2 bath 1800 square foot condo all on one level. Primary bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twins (that can be made into a king upon request). Living room has a sleeper sofa. There is a nice long veranda that is off the living room and it overlooks the beach, pier, and Caribbean Sea. This unit can accommodate up to 8 guests.  
  
Sunset Beach Resort is a 13 unit 3 building complex and 200 feet of beachfront - you heard me - 200 feet of beachfront for only 13 units. You will not feel overcrowded here.  
  
Sunset Beach is located 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town in a quiet residential community. Town is an easy stroll on a bicycle or a quick golf cart ride. We have even walked to town on the beach numerous times. Returning to the peace and tranquility of the south will not disappoint you.

Points forts : Propreté

We had a fabulous stay at Sunset Beach resort! Such a relaxing and friendly place. The condo was immaculate and well appointed. The pool area and grounds were clean and well maintained. We are repeat visitors and loved the addition of many outdoor games. We took advantage of the bikes and kayaks, had corn hole tournaments and friendly games of volleyball with other guests during our stay. Walkable to several restaurant options including the over the water Hula Bar with daily happy hour! Yet, even with all these activities, night-time was quiet and peaceful in a very safe neighborhood. Great for families, couples and our mixed group with young adults. Special thanks to Jason who was always available to answer questions, help us with the water toys and gave us local tips to make sure our vacation was trouble-free.

We had an amazing experience at Sunset Beach resort. Location was perfect, nice and quiet..but you could reach the hustle and bustle of the northern part of the island very easily. We had a nice little market right down the street for food or snacks to keep at the condo. The amenities were great and the view was stunning. Our condo was perfect for 2 small families. Loved sitting on the balcony at night. Jason was so great, so friendly and very attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely come back again!

#### Great location and a Fully equipped property

Stayed for several days with a family of 5\. The unit had all the comforts of home..less a washer and dryer. The property manager was very helpful from start to finish. Really a great experience.

Well laid out condo for a family or friend group to enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. Nice pool and amenities. The onsite concierge, Jason, is always available to answer questions. I couldn't have planned this trip without all the help from Christine, the owner. She helped with so many arrangements - including an amazing day on a boat.

#### You better Belize it

Everything about this condo is spot on. The view, the condo and the host Jason was everything we expected and more. The food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced everywhere we ate. The people were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you Christine and Jason for all your help. You better Belize I will be coming back.

#### It’s all about the view!

It’s all about the view! You walk into this lovely condo with the AC running, head straight for the double doors and you are looking at the most spectacular view of the Caribbean ocean. Management of this condo is excellent. There was some question about time of our arrival to the island and Jason was very accommodating to meet our needs. Arrangements were made for the golf cart, with the exchange done at the condo, again everything to accommodate me, the guest. Christine was invaluable and helping to plan my daughter’s 40th birthday. She was very knowledgeable about the island, restaurants and activities. Everyone in my group was thrilled with the accommodations.

#### Such wonderful people

From booking to arranging transportation & excursions to little things on site everyone was wonderful to work with and made everything easy. Christine, at Belize Travel Adventures, contacted us as soon as we booked and helped us with arranging all the rest of the trip. She provided great excursion information and guidance without being pushy to do a lot of stuff. The condo and complex were entirely as described and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo and the property were well maintained and the on site concierge, Alvin, checked in with us often and addressed our needs and helped us change and make additional excursions. The location is good if you are looking for a location that is a little bit out of the hustle and bustle. It was a 10-12 minute golf cart ride to town which was actually very fun. Back at the condo complex, the pool was wonderful to hang out in and read or enjoy relaxing with the others and my wife and I enjoyed hanging out at the end of the dock just about every day. I would definitely stay here again.
