You may be on a budget, but there’s no need to be just another number at a big hotel or tucked away at a room in the middle of town. Stay with us and become part of our extended family at our beachfront property. Located on the Caribbean Sea at the end of an almost hidden street, you’ll find our quaint studio condo with all the amenities. A long-time favorite of travelers to Ambergris Caye, we invite you to become part of our extended family. We are located just at the edge of town, a mere six-minute walk to Central Park. You’ll find so much to do within minutes of our condo that you won’t need the expense of renting a golf cart unless by the day to explore the island. Belizean Reef is surrounded by palms, whispering tropical pines, tropical flowers, and the Caribbean Sea is right at the doorstep. The view from your balcony is our quiet little garden; relax and read a book while the birds fly around and the Iguanas sun themselves on the ground below. One of the great joys of traveling to Ambergris Caye is watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee in your hand; the sunrise viewed from our beachfront property doesn’t disappoint. Suppose you’ve just come to sit and relax. In that case, you’ll find yourself spending your days in our hammocks gazing at the beauty of the turquoise water and mesmerized by the waves as they crash over the coral reef. What about the sunsets, though, you ask; climb the stairs, and you’ll find yourself on our rooftop deck with a panoramic view of the island. It’s the perfect location for watching the sunset before you head out for dinner some nighttime entertainment. Speaking of dining and entertainment, you’re literally located a minute away from Blue Water Grill and Carlo and Ernie’s Runway bar. Two “must go” spots for all visitors to the island. A vast selection awaits a few minutes farther field. You’re probably wondering how you’ll ever find all of these great places. Worry not, as our Mobile Guest App is loaded with information, including listings for numerous restaurants, bars, and activities. Our App is integrated with GMaps making it easy to find your way around town. Each listing is linked to TripAdvisor; we’ve even linked the menus to many of the restaurants. Just walk into the water right in front of the property. Only to the south are the ruins of an old dock that make for an exciting snorkel; we are in an area of little boat traffic, so feel free to swim parallel to the shore to the north of us. Everything a traveler, and diver, could need was available there at the Belizean Reef: Great bed, beautiful view, hot shower, clean amenities, all centrally located right in the middle of San Pedro. Though in a busy area, the location is nestled in a quiet spot surrounded by the bustling city, and the noise was minimal. For a diver, the secure garden area and patio made for the perfect place to dry gear, and I could not have been more comfortable after a long day of diving, as the amply sized refrigerator, the clean jugged water, and the amazing air conditioning made for perfect, relaxed evenings. Ernie and Carlo's Runway Bar was a 30 second walk away, and the restaurants within walking distance were exceptional!
